About the Role
The Retrofit Operations Manager will be the operational lead for all PAS 2030/2035 schemes across the branch. Working closely with surveyors, coordinators, site managers and commercial teams, youll take ownership of performance, compliance, and quality delivery. From managing PAS audits and subcontractor compliance to supporting tenders and driving HSEQ standards, this role offers the perfect mix of strategy, leadership, and hands-on delivery.
