We’re Breedon, the UK and Ireland’s largest independent construction materials group, and we’re on the lookout for a motivated Customer Services Agent to join our Special Aggregates team. Based at our Breedon Quarry offices, you’ll be part of a friendly and dynamic team that supports a nationwide customer base with market-leading decorative aggregate and self-binding gravel products.



Key Responsibilities

What’s the role all about?
As a Customer Services Agent, you’ll play a vital role in our Commercial team. Your focus? Delivering top-tier customer service and sales support for our Building Products division.
You’ll:
* Respond to inbound customer enquiries
* Price, chase, and win orders
* Process incoming orders, including through our new Ecommerce platform
* Track orders and liaise with internal teams from quote through to delivery
* Provide technical support to ensure the right products reach the right customers
* Work with transport and operations to coordinate smooth, on-time deliveries

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

What we're looking for:
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re someone who loves engaging with people and takes pride in delivering outstanding service. Specifically, we’re looking for:
* Experience in customer service (any industry)
* Strong communication and rapport-building skills
* A proactive and organised approach
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Confidence using email and phone as primary tools
* Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Experience in the building materials industry is a bonus—but not essential. We’ll give you the training and support to succeed.
