My client is seeking an inspiring and passionate Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join their thriving small animal practice in the heart of the beautiful medieval city of Salisbury, Wiltshire. This well‑established practice has proudly served a loyal client base for over 20 years, with a high surgical caseload and an excellent reputation for clinical excellence. The modern facilities include three stylish consult rooms, a fully equipped theatre, dental and digital x‑ray suites, ultrasound, K‑laser, and a dedicated pharmacy, all supported by an experienced and collaborative Nursing and Reception team.
As Lead Veterinary Surgeon, the successful candidate will take ownership of clinical leadership, ensuring the highest standards of patient and client care while fostering a positive and progressive team culture. Working in close partnership with the Practice Manager, the Lead Vet will also play a key role in driving clinical quality, team development, and commercial success.
The Role
* Full-time, 4-day working week with consistent days off
* 1:3 Saturday rota
* Relocation allowance available for candidates moving 50+ miles

Candidate Requirements
* RCVS‑registered Veterinary Surgeon

* Confident in coaching and influencing colleagues to achieve excellence
