A Retail Shift Manager helps maintain high standards day after day by motivating the team, taking responsibility for the shop floor, and keeping the store running like clockwork in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Manage store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
* Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to ensure shifts run smoothly.
* Give customers the best experience every time they visit.
* Encourage and support colleagues to develop themselves and improve store operations.
Benefits
* Pay: £15.45 – £15.95 per hour, plus £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts.
* Contract: 35–40 hours per week.
* Holiday entitlement: 30–35 days prorated.
