We are delighted to be partnering with our client, a dynamic and growing manufacturing business, to recruit a Production Operative. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking company where quality, teamwork, and innovation are at the heart of everything they do,
This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain experience across multiple production areas, including vinyl pressing, screen preparation, embroidery, DTF, and product packing. You’ll also play a key part in maintaining a safe, organised workspace and contributing ideas to improve workflows.
This is a 5 month FTC Contract.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate manual and semi-automatic machinery to fulfil customer orders.
* Carry out tasks such as cutting, weeding, pressing vinyl, and screen preparation.
* Label and pack finished goods to meet delivery standards.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
* Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
* Collaborate with colleagues to meet production schedules and targets.
* Adhere to health and safety protocols, reporting hazards promptly.
* Ensure all products meet customer specifications and company quality standards.
