Delivery Recruitment Consultant (x2)
Location: Brentwood (Hybrid - 2 days remote per week)
Salary: £24,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (First year OTE £40,000+)

We are a fast-growing specialist recruitment agency operating in the dynamic and fast-paced blue-collar sector. Since launching, we've experienced rapid expansion and success and we're not slowing down. Due to continued growth, we're looking for two Delivery Consultants to join our thriving team.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Sourcing and screening candidates using a well-managed database, job boards, and inbound applications
* Building rapport with candidates and maintaining strong relationships throughout the recruitment process
* Understanding client requirements and matching suitable candidates accordingly
* Managing and maintaining candidate pipelines for ongoing and upcoming roles
* Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Communicating regularly with both clients and candidates to ensure smooth placement processes

* Able to build rapport quickly with candidates and clients alike
* A positive, proactive attitude and the hunger to succeed
* Sales experience is desirable but not essential - full training provided
* Must be able to drive - our Brentwood office is not easily accessible via public transport
