Caremark Redditch and Bromsgrove is a home care company that helps people in their own homes. We base our approach to personal care on knowing the client’s needs, wants, and values so that we can give them help that lets them keep as much freedom as possible.
Because our business is growing, we need to hire another Field Care Supervisor to help our Care & Support Workers in the Stratford-upon-Avon area with quality control.
Main duties
* Help and lead a group of Care and Support Workers
* To be ready to help in case of an emergency
* To keep in constant touch with both the Care Coordinator and the Care Manager
* Be a bridge between the customer and the office.
* Make sure the quality of care is good
* Watch over and oversee care service
* Supporting the business’s on-call service on set days and times, which are once a week from 5:30 PM to 9:00 AM the next morning and twice a month on the weekend.

Support on Call
Support on Call:
* You will have to help with the on-call service every other weekend. This could mean answering calls and questions from clients and carers or going on care calls to cover emergencies.
* You should already be working in a similar job and looking for a new chance to join a growing team, or you might be a Senior Care and Support Assistant wishing to move ahead in your career.
All applicants must have a valid UK driving licence and at least two years of experience in health and social care.
