Your Role:
* Deliver tailored lessons to meet diverse learning needs
* Work collaboratively with therapists, SENCO, and support staff
* Track and assess progress against EHCP targets
* Foster independence, confidence, and inclusion
You Bring:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience working in SEN settings or with EHCPs
* Patience, creativity, and adaptability
* Excellent communication with families and professionals
