This is a perfect role for an academically bright, confident, polished, ambitious and outgoing 2024/2025 Graduate who is eager to break into the world of high end recruitment in Financial Services Executive Search. The work requires intellect, exceptional interpersonal skills, pace, curiosity, charisma and unwavering attention to detail.


Salary £30,000 + commission

Location: Near London Bridge

Onsite 5 days a week

Sectors: Investment Banking/ Quant/ Private Banking/ Trading/ Commodities Recruitment

**Candidates on Student or Graduate Visas cannot be considered**


My client is a specialist recruitment consultancy operating in one of the most intellectually demanding, high-stakes sectors. They advise hedge funds, asset managers, investment banks, and boutique advisory firms on attracting exceptional talent across investment research, trading, distribution, economics, and quantitative analytics.

They are currently hiring five ambitious graduates to join their high-performing team as Graduate Recruitment Consultants. This is a 360 recruitment role, meaning you'll be responsible for both candidate sourcing and client development—from building relationships with the most talented people in the market to advising top-tier financial firms on their hiring strategies.

The Role of a Graduate Consutlant


* Running large research projects to inform C-Suite and senior recruitment projects in the UK and USA
* Handling confidential and complex information
* Imbedding yourself in your allocated market with professional networking
* Creating market maps that can be used to headhunt effectively and build strategy around
* Professional correspondence on email, the phone and LinkedIn outreach
* Cold calling through lists of individuals identified to headhunt
* Pitching opportunities and meetings with your senior colleagues
* Attending client pitches, briefs and update meetings
* Setting up meetings for senior colleagues, exceptional organisational skills and dairy management
* Shadowing on meetings and pitches and accurate minute taking to for company records
* Supporting with pitch decks and proposals, incredible eye for detail needed.
* Develop the skills to transition into a 360 role, generating leads for business development and pitching to win your own clients

Base Salary £30,000

London, 5 days in office, reduced to 4 days in 1 from home after probation.
