We are currently seeking a highly motivated, skilled and professional individual to join our team, ensuring that excellent standards of service delivery are maintained. It will be your responsibility to promote a positive image of the Trust at all times. You will drive and deliver the product ensuring the Trilogy brand is at the forefront of all in meeting the aims and objectives of the business.
You will report to the Duty Manager for this role and you will be responsible for the daily operations of the reception. You will act as the first point of contact for customers access to Trilogy Leisure services, maintaining the required standards of health and safety, cleanliness and customer care at all times.
