What you'll be doing: Logging maintenance jobs and keeping everything tracked and up to date Liaising with stores and contractors to ensure jobs are completed efficiently Reconciling job lists, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks Keeping accurate records, managing compliance certificates, quotes & invoice Assisting with monthly reporting and ad hoc admin Jumping in with solutions when issues arise – you're the fixer!
