This is a full-time, long-term position ideal for graduates or individuals with a background in mental health or SEN settings.
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Work 1:1 and in small groups to support children's learning and emotional development
Assist during lessons, promote engagement and help with behaviour management
Build trusted, supportive relationships with students
