The Prospect Trust is a leading Multi-Academy Trust in the South of England, with an aim of providing outstanding education for all learners within a family of local academies. There are currently three academies within the Trust: The Sixth Form College Farnborough, Tomlinscote School and Frimley Church of England Junior School.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Science Technician Team within an outstanding Sixth Form College. We are seeking a proactive individual to provide an excellent level of support to both staff and students in the College.

The Role
To be successful in this post we are looking for a Science Technician who will support the practical and technical aspects of the Science curriculum. The post requires a passion for science and someone who is a self-starter with initiative, patience and the ability to react to requirements of the teaching team within the science department. The ideal candidate will have a good scientific knowledge and a desire to make a difference to student learning.
This is a great role for a recent Science graduate who is looking to gain valuable experience facilitating experiments with young people.
Contract Details
Contract: Permanent
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, term time only, 37 hours per week
Start date: October 2025

Salary: Support Grade 3 £19,512.85 - £24,282.07 per annum (£22,736- £28,293 FTE)
