We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Administrator to support the effective operation of each core business units: Commercial, IT & Operations, Finance and HR. This is a vital cross-functional role requiring a keen eye for detail, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to manage priorities efficiently. The successful candidate will also take ownership of the office environment-ensuring it remains a professional, safe, and welcoming space. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar administrative or operational support role. Maintain and manage internal documentation, including templates, policies, procedures, and controls. Coordinate and control all document filing systems, both electronic and hard copy, with particular responsibility for SharePoint, PandaDoc, Adobe and MS Dynamics platforms.
