Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with an expanding organisation based in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity to join the team working in HR Recruitment & Administration support on a full-time temporary contract.

Job Role

* Supporting the recruitment team to schedule interviews and arrange assessments
* Attending and supporting interviews.
* Preparing offer letters and employment contracts once approved.
* Issuing contracts, new starter forms and onboarding documentation.
* Conducting compliance checks (e.g., Right to Work) and chasing missing documents.
* Coordinating induction schedules and ensuring new hires have the right information before Day 1.
* Setting up personnel files and ensuring HRIS information is accurate and complete.
* Supporting changes to terms and conditions, producing letters and updating HR records.


Skills and Experience

* Previous HR administration or recruitment coordination experience.
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Confident communicator, able to liaise with candidates and managers professionally.
* Comfortable working with HR systems, trackers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to work discreetly and maintain confidentiality.
