Working as an Customer Operations Engineer As a Customer Operations Engineer, you are a technical expert who enables Sectra to deliver products and services to our customers. You will be part of the Customer Operations department and work closely with senior system engineers, project managers and application specialists to deploy, manage and maintain the interfaces using interoperability frameworks and standards. You will develop a strong understanding of Hospital IT systems, communication and interoperability frameworks and standards that can be leveraged across the entire Health IT domain. You often work with customers in a specific region, but since we follow the same processes across the Sectra world, this is also a role with plenty of opportunities to work abroad for a shorter or longer period of time. Your main responsibilities include: Provide on-site and remote technical support of Sectra's products Install and configure our solutions, collaborating with 3rd party suppliers and sub contractors to facilitate the deployment of hardware and software applications Deploy and maintain interfaces that facilitate data exchange between Sectra and 3rd party systems Perform regular security monitoring, maintenance, software upgrades and resource optimization as required Create, update and review technical documentation related to our systems, aligning them with our standards and best practices.
