Due to continued growth, Artisan Real Estate are looking to recruit an ambitious and motivated Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team working on a flagship £70m residential scheme in Kirkstall, Leeds.
This is an exciting opportunity to work for an established property developer and gain hands‑on experience across a major residential development from procurement through to final account.
Ideal candidate will have:
* Approximately 5 years’ experience within Quantity Surveying
* Experience working on residential and/or mixed‑use developments
* Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills
* The ability to work within a fast‑paced project team
* A proactive and positive attitude
