Location: Hybrid – 2/3 days onsite at our Support Office in Alcester (with travel across division) & home working
Salary: £60,000 per year + car allowance
As a People Business Partner, you’ll lead the people strategy for your division, partnering with senior leaders to drive performance, engagement, and cultural change. 1. Partner with divisional leadership to deliver workforce planning, talent, succession, and engagement strategies.
2. Analyse people and business data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
