Main Purpose of the role: Assist the photography team in turning around quality photographs and accurate floor plans for marketing within the agreed timescales. Provide additional quality control work to ensure that all the department work is completed to the same standards.
Location: Teddington
Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm
Key Responsibilities
* Retouching of property, location and personnel imagery.
* Produce floor plans on CAD, lease plans and architectural plans (training provided).
* Meet and exceed daily KPI targets/agreed volumes.
* Liaise with external companies to ensure they meet our standards.
* Ensuring a consistent finish, focused on agreed quality expectations.
* Take on additional design work (training provided) including: Video Editing, Virtual Staging, Virtual Tours/3D, Video, Quality Control.
Requirements
* Passion for photography.
* Good knowledge Photoshop/ Lightroom.
* Smart and well presented.
* Punctual and highly organized.
* Excellent customer service.
* Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritise workload.
* Able to work independently as well as part of team.
* Willingness to learn new processes and software.
* Ability to work well under pressure.
* Conscientious with a sharp eye for detail.
