IT Help Desk Technician Location: Newtownabbey (Hybrid / Flexible) Salary: 28,000-£30,000 Working Pattern: Flexible / Hybrid The Opportunity A fast-growing global technology business is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to join its IT team and provide first-line support to a large international user base. This role has been created to address a current gap in dedicated help desk coverage and is positioned as a junior / early-career opportunity. It is ideal for a graduate with a years experience, IT trainee, or someone at the start of their IT career who is eager to learn and develop.
