Leading the tactical activation across Princes Brands to key customers and channels. Translating brand strategy and campaigns into tailored shopper activation and plans. Understand the channel and customer strategy and align Princes shopper activation plans.
Dimensions:
1. Develop and execute the Shopper plan based on shopper mission, channel & shopper insight Develop and execute the shopper calendar on a rolling 12–18-month basis, based on behaviour change & brand/customer needs
2. Manage the shopper messaging basics i.e., SRP (on-going) + Brand Activation (timebound)
3. Develop Customer Sell Stories
4. Clear understanding of channels/environments and how to activate them for shoppers
5. Agree implementation directly with customers
6. Evaluate activity and develop a ROI mindset
7. Lead any product sampling requirements
Principal Responsibilities:
8. Support the SMMs to build the customer calendar and shopper marketing plan
9. Developing plans that deliver best ROI for Princes and customers
10. Manage relationships with the marketing teams within customers
11. Manage and execute shopper marketing calendars, collaborating closely with brand marketing, category and sales teams
12. Improve and measure brand performance through shopper plans
13. Understand untapped shopper need states or shopper groups that are new / growth opportunities
14. Develop customer sell stories and support in the creation of customer growth plans
15. Support SMMs to build understanding of Shopper Marketing within the business
Role Requirements
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
The job holder will have some experience across shopper marketing planning and activation and knowledge of digital, social and e-commerce platforms. A proven collaborator, team player and experience in execution. Graduate calibre with shopper and / or digital bias.
