The Job Role
* To maximize the hotels revenue and drive the standards of the team
* To work closely with the sales team and oversee the reservations team
* Ensuring the highest standards of sales and customer service delivered at all times
* A Revenue Manager to develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimise room occupancy and revenue,along with overseeing the reservations process
The Requirements
* The ideal reservations manager will have previous experience within a hotel's reservations and reception department
* Knowledge and experience with OTA's and other distribution channels
* Responsible for guiding and mentoring the Reservations team
