Job Description
The role involves supporting the design, development, and maintenance of our data infrastructure. Key responsibilities include ensuring efficient, reliable, and secure data collection, storage, and processing to enable data-driven decision-making within FGFS. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data solutions, optimize pipelines, and contribute to our data strategy, maintaining data integrity, security, and accessibility.
Data Pipeline Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines from multiple sources.
Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve data issues, supporting data systems and teams.
Collaboration: Work with data teams, analysts, and stakeholders to meet data needs.
Compliance and Security: Adhere to data governance, regulatory, and security standards.
Documentation and Reporting: Document processes and report on system performance and data integrity.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and implement process improvements.
Qualifications
Knowledge of enterprise data warehousing, data integration, and BI reporting.
Experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake.
Strong SQL skills.
Experience with DBT transformation tool.
Understanding of Role-Based Access Controls and Data Governance.
Proficiency in Python.
Experience with data modelling for PowerBI.
Knowledge of data architecture best practices.
Stakeholder management and prioritization skills.
Critical thinking and solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
