With our recent store expansions and ecommerce platform, we are focused on scaling our retail and online channels � all whilst maintaining a strong design aesthetic, exceptional in-store, and customer focus. THE ROLE The Order Fulfilment & Warehouse Manager will be a mature, responsible, and highly organized individual, overseeing the daily coordination of all order fulfilment, customer service inbox and warehouse activities within the business. Reporting to the CEO, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced work environment and has leadership experience across the stock room/warehouse, order fulfilment and customer service. The ideal candidate will lead a team of staff ensuring that all order fulfilment and customer service standards are exceeded and that the team hits all required productivity metrics by working with speed and accuracy. Work Schedule: This role is based at the head office in Haggerston, London. The contract is for 40 working hours per week (5 x 8 hour shifts) scheduled Mondays to Sundays between 7am and 8pm. For the avoidance of doubt, weekend shifts are required and late night shifts are not required. RESPONSIBILITIES So, what will I be doing every day? Lead daily order fulfilment: pick, pack, and dispatch with accuracy and to brand standards. Manage courier claims for lost/damaged parcels. Manage all inbound/outbound stock transfers (QC, organisation, documentation). Process customer returns in line with company policies. Monitor customer service inbox; escalate special cases. Lead regular stock takes and ensure inventory accuracy. Handle faulty item workflows: logging, repairs, and reintegration. Oversee stock write-offs in line with finance/ops guidelines. Develop junior team members and manage warehouse organisation. Maintain supply levels and a clean, efficient workspace. Report on daily KPIs and drive improvements. JOB REQUIREMENTS 3 years� experience in fulfilment, customer service and/or stock room/small warehouse management, with at least 1 year in a leadership role. Proven track record of driving productivity KPIs and maintaining strong service standards. Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively, ensuring productivity and maintaining high morale. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Familiar with inventory systems and courier platforms. Calm, efficient, and full of enthusiasm, even on the busiest days. A proactive problem-solver with a hands-on approach to stock operations.
