Well established mid‑size buildings structures design consultancy requires an excellent structural engineer to join their talented team. Projects include new builds, refurbs, historic works, cut and carve, international schemes, temporary works design, specialist materials, defect reports, high‑end residential, pharmaceutical schemes, blue‑light sector work, and commercial buildings, with values ranging from very small up to a current £1 billion scheme. Your career will be driven forwards. There is a focus on sustainability and providing the best possible solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities
* Design and deliver structural solutions for a broad portfolio including new builds, refurbs, historic works, cut and carve, international schemes, temporary works, specialist materials, defect reports, high‑end residential, pharmaceutical schemes, blue‑light sector, and commercial buildings.
* Visit sites, liaise with clients, and contribute to project management under appropriate supervision.
* Participate in regular IPD and CPD sessions, which normally include a tasty free lunch if at lunchtime.
* Develop and maintain Chartership training.
