Energy Team Leader
Location: Leeds
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Scale 23-25 (£34,434 - £36,636) pro rata
Hours: Up to Full Time (35 hours) (Part time hours may be considered)

Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate and support the Energy and Welfare Benefits team to deliver high quality services.
* Help the team achieve agreed targets and objectives.
* Provide cover for other subject area Team Leaders.
* Support advice delivery through face‑to‑face, telephone and digital channels at the City Centre Hub.
Qualifications
* Experience of people management desirable but not essential.
* Good technical knowledge of Energy and Welfare Benefits advice.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* A solution‑focused approach and a positive team leadership style.
