If you ask questions, love problem solving and youwilling to get involved, this team could be right for you.Youneed to have obtained or be studying towards a minimum 2:1 in any degree discipline and have graduated by September 2026 for the Autumn 2026 intake.What kind of work will I do?We help companies build better ethics and compliance systems. This involves:Designing systems so companies can follow the rules and regulations more effectivelyEvaluating how well companies are doing in this areaHelping tech companies comply with new laws like the UK Online Safety Act and EU Digital ServicesCreating processes and tools to meet current and future regulationsFinding ways to improve efficiency using technologyThis role will suit some who is a strong team player, enjoys problem solving and is able to understand issues across different types of industries. We're looking for individuals with a genuine interest in ethics and compliance and a passion for making a tangible difference in the business world.Where will I work?At Deloitte we recognise how important face-to-face interaction is for your development in a new role. We also understand that our people need flexibility, which is why we operate a hybrid system, with a combination of office and home working. If youclient-facing role, you might be expected to attend client sites on certain days, while your meetings will be a mix of online and in-person events.
