General Manager (Operations) – Link Golf UK
Link Golf UK is reshaping how golf is managed in the UK, and we need a General Manager who will make an impact across three dynamic venues: Heaton Park Golf Course, Manchester; Marland Golf Course, Rochdale; and Stanley Park Golf Course, Blackpool.
Skip the politics. Lead with impact. Build something that matters.
We’re not a traditional members’ club. We’re a forward‑thinking organisation built by golf industry professionals who are tired of the old way of doing things. You’ll have the authority to make decisions, implement change and see results without navigating member committees or late‑night political battles.
You’ll get real support, not lip service. Work with a national team that actually understands golf operations. When you need resources, backing or advice, you’ll get it from people who have stood where you’re standing.
Room to grow with a national group. This isn’t a dead‑end role. Link Golf UK is expanding and strong performers move up.
