The role involves supporting the Discipline Head and Senior AV & IT Logistics Manager as part of a professional team delivering high-quality technical presentation services to events primarily within the venue and occasionally at external locations.
The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate a confident, professional, and approachable manner at all times when working with clients, venue staff, colleagues, and production companies, ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained.
