Tradewind Recruitment are excited to be supporting a number of Secondary Schools across Derby and Derbyshire who are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to join their teams on an adhoc basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with young people and want to gain valuable classroom experience. Whether you are a graduate considering a career in teaching, an experienced Cover Supervisor, or someone with strong classroom management skills, we'd love to hear from you!
What does the role involve?
As a Cover Supervisor, you'll be stepping into the classroom to deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the teacher. Your responsibilities will include:
Supervising classes across a range of subjects.
Managing behaviour in line with school policies.
Providing guidance and support to pupils where needed.
Ensuring that students remain engaged and on task.
