Do you enjoy supporting people to learn and develop in a fast-paced, practical environment?
We’re looking for a Learning & Talent Development Coordinator to join our People Team. This is a hands-on role at the heart of everything we do to help our people grow, from supporting training and coaching initiatives to managing processes, data, and learning projects.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy, varied environment, enjoys working with data, and has practical experience helping others learn on the job.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Coordinate and manage all L&D activities, from e-learning and workshops to early careers programmes.
* Support practical coaching and on-the-job training initiatives for new and existing colleagues.
* Handle the logistics for learning activities, including coordinating mentors, panels, and development events.
* Maintain and manipulate learning data in Excel (approx. 2–3 hours per month) due to system issues, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
* Support the design and preparation of learning materials, guides, and presentations.
* Assist with measuring the impact of learning programmes and sharing insights with the team.
What You’ll Bring
* 1–2 years’ experience in Learning & Development, Talent, or a related people-focused role.
* Practical experience coaching, inducting, or upskilling colleagues — ideally in fast-paced environments like retail, hospitality, or customer-facing teams.
* Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail.
* Comfortable using Excel and managing data.
* Confident communicator who builds strong working relationships.
* Proactive, resilient, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a busy environment.
* A genuine passion for helping people grow and develop.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Strong administrative skills and experience coordinating projects or processes.
* Some exposure to delivering training, coaching, or on-the-job learning (even at a basic or peer-to-peer level).
* Confident working with data and digital tools.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining accurate and detail-focused.
Why This Role Is Exciting
You won’t be delivering training every day, but you will be hands-on in supporting learning, coaching, and development, and helping new colleagues get up to speed quickly. You’ll also have the chance to make a real impact on people’s growth, while keeping your skills sharp in both practical L&D and data management.
