What You’ll Be Doing – Key Responsibilities Lead & Inspire: Manage and support your nursery team, encouraging a collaborative, motivated and child-focused culture. Champion Quality: Oversee curriculum delivery (including EYFS), drive continuous improvement, and ensure all practices meet or exceed regulatory requirements. Promote Safeguarding & Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of safety and wellbeing, ensuring all staff operate within safeguarding and health & safety frameworks. Oversee Operations: Manage nursery budgets, resources, and staffing effectively to ensure smooth daily operations. Engage Families & Community: Build meaningful relationships with parents, carers, and local stakeholders. Develop Talent: Mentor and guide staff, supporting professional development and high performance across the team. What We’re Looking For – About You Hold a full and relevant Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Early Years Education (NNEB, BTEC, CACHE, NVQ, etc.). Have at least 2 years’ experience in a leadership or management role within a nursery or early years setting. A genuine passion for delivering high-quality early years education and care. Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and childcare legislation. Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
