The Role
As a Recruiter at Cledara, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling our sales team. You'll be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to drive our growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic startup environment, collaborating with passionate individuals committed to making a meaningful impact.
As a Talent Partner at Cledara you will:
* Collaborate closely with the talent team and sales leadership to understand the hiring needs of the sales team and develop effective recruiting strategies.
* Utilise various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to source and attract qualified candidates.
* Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
* Manage the candidate experience from application to offer stage, providing timely communication and support.
* Ensure our ATS is continually kept up to date so that it can be our ‘central source of truth’ in relation to hiring efforts.
* Build and maintain relationships with candidates to create a strong pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.
* Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
We are looking for:
* Proven experience in recruitment or sales, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
* Solid understanding of sales roles is preferred, and the ability to identify top sales talent.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Willingness to learn core technology tools.
* Bachelor’s degree or above (desirable).
