Here’s what you need to know.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support the end-to-end commercialisation of new products, from concept approval through to launch
· Coordinate NPD projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met
· Act as the link between cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain
· Prepare and maintain project trackers, reporting progress and highlighting risks or delays
· Manage critical paths and ensure all stakeholders remain aligned throughout the launch process
· Support packaging development and artwork approval processes
· Assist in compiling product information for sales and marketing materials
· Monitor competitor activity and market trends to feed into the NPD pipeline
· Contribute to post-launch reviews, identifying opportunities for improvement
About You:
· Previous experience in an NPD, project management, or commercial support role (FMCG or retail background desirable)
· Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple projects simultaneously
· Strong communication skills, able to coordinate and influence stakeholders at all levels
· Commercially minded with an understanding of timelines, budgets, and business priorities
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
· A proactive team player who enjoys problem-solving and delivering results
