Meals on Wheels Driver. Description:We are currently seeking driver to collect meals and deliver them within the North Lincolnshire area to service users in their own homes at allocated times.Candidates will be expected to demonstrate an understanding of the service users needs this might include dishing their meals out. They will be expected to communicate with empathy and any concerns about the service user to report back to their Line Manager. The post holder may collect money and carry out necessary paperwork. You will be required to do daily vehicle checks. You must have a current driving licence and use to driving various vehicles for example small vans. As part of the selection process candidates must take a driving assessment. Candidates must present a driving licence on the day of assessment, or the assessment cannot proceed. The successful candidate will undertake necessary training required for the post. To work as a team is expected in this role.
