2. Early Career Teachers (ECTs)
3. Teachers with SEND experience or a strong passion for inclusive education
4. Primary or Secondary trained teachers
5. Teachers from mainstream or further education looking for a meaningful SEND role
All specialisms considered, including:
English, Maths, Science, Humanities, PSHE, Mental Health & Wellbeing, PE, Life Skills, Food Technology, Design & Technology and more.
About the Role
As a SEND Teacher, you’ll work with small groups of students with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia and other additional needs, delivering engaging and personalised learning experiences. You’ll be part of a caring, collaborative team that truly values inclusive education and student wellbeing. Many of our exciting opportunities are in rural locations, so candidates who can drive will have a distinct advantage.

Your Key Responsibilities
10. Plan and deliver differentiated, engaging lessons
11. Support students with a range of SEND needs
12. Create a positive, nurturing classroom environment
13. Implement and track EHCP targets
14. Work closely with teaching assistants and specialist teams
15. Use creative strategies to build confidence, resilience and independence
16. Monitor progress and adapt learning accordingly
17. Communicate with parents, carers and professionals
