Disgwylir i'r ymgeisydd llwyddiannus ddatblygu a chyfoethogi dulliau addysgu yn yr ysgol, yng nghyd-destun eu meysydd dynodedig, gan sbarduno ein disgyblion i ddatblygu fel dysgwyr creadigol, hyderus a gwybodus.

Bydd brwdfrydedd a hyblygrwydd yn allweddol i'r swydd bwysig hon.
