The role involves engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing information about our savings range, products, and services, and helping them review their circumstances and goals with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Our branches serve as community hubs, but we also support customers online and via our contact centre, reaching them at relevant times. You will be a listener, problem solver, and knowledge resource, always prioritizing customer needs and delivering first-class service.

Responsibilities include:
1. Being the first point of contact, welcoming customers warmly in-branch and over the phone.
2. Understanding customer needs through insightful questions and providing tailored solutions.
3. Listening carefully and offering personalized solutions for the best outcomes.
4. Proactively reaching out to customers to identify needs and support them.
5. Maintaining accurate customer records, especially supporting vulnerable customers.
6. Adhering to policies and standards, with support from training and coaching.
Requirements:
1. Previous customer interaction experience, in banking, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or similar sectors.
2. Ability to work well with others and maintain a team mindset.
3. Ability to handle busy days and manage time effectively.
4. Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
