Job Description
We are currently recruiting an Accounts Assistant for a 3-6 month contract to support a busy finance team.This role can be weighted towards Payroll/Wages or Purchase Ledger, depending on the candidate's experience, so we're keen to hear from applicants with strengths in either area.Key Responsibilities:
3. Processing Payroll/Wages or managing the Purchase Ledger (role emphasis flexible)
4. Working with SAP Business One on a daily basis
5. Supporting the finance team with general accounts duties as required
6. Ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal financial procedures
The Successful Applicant
Skills & Experience Required:
7. Essential: Proven experience using SAP Business One
8. Experience in Payroll/Wages and/or Purchase Ledger
9. Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
10. Comfortable working in a fast-paced finance environment
Qualifications:
11. AAT or CIMA qualification beneficial but not essential
12. Candidates with strong practical experience are very welcome to apply
