Working within the Sales team of a multi-national company that manufactures, distributes, and installs covering systems for the haulage industry. This individual will operate under the supervision of the Sales Manager. The purpose of the role is to support the sales and production team in all aspects of their day-to-day activities. This role is a full time position, based in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire, occasional travel to all UK locations and customer / supplier premises may be required.
General
* Identify and understand the needs of the customer to effectively sell our products and services
* Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
* Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule
* Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services
* Building and producing quotations, processing customer orders and arrange payment methods
* Provide customers with product data, where required
* Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
* Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints and maximise satisfaction
* Assess/process warranty claims and escalate to management team if required
* Assist management in analysing the market potential for new and existing products

Desirable Qualifications And Experience
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office
* Familiarity with ERP systems, however training will be provided
* 2+ years experience within a Sales Role
