Your Role: The "Everyday Hero"
Our Care Professionals are extraordinary people who do the "everyday things" that mean the world to our clients. You aren't just a worker; you are the reason our clients can live safely and independently in their own homes.
1. Personal Care & Health
* Dignified Support: Assisting with washing, bathing, showering, and toileting.
* Daily Prep: Helping clients get dressed and groomed for their day.
* Clinical Care: Supporting clients with their medication (preparation and administration).
* Incontinence Care: Managing personal hygiene needs with total respect and discretion.
2. Mobility & Physical Support
* Safety First: Helping clients overcome mobility challenges and physical disabilities.
* Specialist Equipment: Assisting with the use and care of mobility aids, adaptations, and personal equipment.
3. Home & Nutrition
* The "Home Chef": Preparing nutritious meals, snacks, and drinks (and assisting with feeding if required).
* The "Home Maker": Handling domestic tasks like laundry, making/changing beds, tidying rooms, and light cleaning.
* Practical Tasks: Helping with essential grocery shopping and running errands.
* Hygiene Management: Emptying commodes and ensuring a clean, safe living environment.
Qualifications

You’ll be supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, mental health conditions, and challenging behaviours. No two days are the same – you’ll be helping others broaden their horizons while broadening your own.
