Join Our Team of Dedicated Educators

Are you a qualified or unqualified teacher or teaching assistant looking for a new teaching opportunity in London? We are seeking talented individuals to place in Primary and Secondary schools across London.

Training for unqualified applicants can be provided before being placed in a school.

If you have overseas experience as a teacher, you can also apply.

Teaching Assistant Requirements:

* GCSEs (or equivalent): A minimum of five GCSEs at grade C (or equivalent) is often required, including English and mathematics.
* Level 3 qualification: Some schools may prefer candidates with a Level 3 qualification, such as a BTEC or NVQ in Early Years Education or Childcare.

Teacher Requirements:

* Qualified Teachers: Bachelor's degree in education or equivalent, QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or QTLS ( Qualified Teacher Learning Status)
* Teaching Assistants: Level 3 teaching assistant qualification or equivalent

Experience ( Not mandatory):

* Previous experience working with children: Experience in childcare, tutoring, or other related fields can be beneficial.
* Teaching assistant experience: While not always required, experience as a teaching assistant can be advantageous.

* Excellent communication skills: The ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and teachers is crucial.
* Patience and empathy: Teaching assistants should be patient and understanding when working with students.
* Organization and time management skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized is essential.
* Problem-solving skills: Teaching assistants often need to resolve issues and find solutions to challenges.
* Adaptability: The ability to adapt to different teaching styles and classroom environments is important.

Additional Requirements:

* Enhanced DBS check: A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is usually required to ensure the safety of students.
* First aid certification: Some schools may require teaching assistants to have first aid certification.
