About the Role:
1. Provide tailored support to students with complex needs, ensuring they can access learning effectively.
2. Assist in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons.
3. Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff to create an inclusive environment.
4. Support students with communication, social interaction, and personal development.
5. Adapt learning materials and strategies to meet individual needs.
About You:
1. Experience working with students with SEND and complex needs (preferred but not essential).
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
4. Flexible and adaptable approach to working with students.
5. Passionate about inclusive education and student development.
