We are recruiting a Business Analyst to join our Business Improvement team on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid role and based in our Birmingham office 1-2 days a week Using all aspects of your Business Analysis expertise, you will be involved in multiple projects. To succeed in this role, you will need to be adept at understanding and collecting robust business requirements to enable efficiency of solutions. Reporting into the Head of Business Analysis, you will use your experience to help drive innovation and deliver against our set goals. As a passionate and highly skilled Business Analyst who is adept at problem-solving, you will deliver hands-on business and process analysis to investigate complex business problems contributing to the overall delivery of the portfolio of change projects. You will specify required changes to business systems, processes, and ways of working, being a great asset within the Business Improvement Team. You will bring experience across different types of projects (IT, CRM, business change, people, process, policy, risk, and data) and have a solid background in process design and re-engineering. Your robust experience with industry-standard business analysis methods, techniques, and tools such as MoSCoW, Use Case Design, Lean Six Sigma, and other methodologies will be invaluable. Capable of working with various levels of business stakeholders and building relationships with different areas of the organisation, you will leverage your excellent communication skills to ensure effective collaboration. As a proactive change and project professional, you will be capable of effective planning, working well under pressure, and delivering to deadlines whilst managing expectations to stakeholders.
