Role Overview
In this role, you will greet and warmly welcome customers, engage with them to understand their shopping needs, sell suitable products, and ensure they have a great shopping experience.
Beyond excellent customer service, you should be a team player, maintaining a well-presented store with the right products on shelves and offering fantastic services.
Responsibilities
1. Greet each customer with a warm and friendly welcome.
2. Listen to and converse with customers to identify their needs.
3. Assist customers in finding everything they want.
4. Be passionate and knowledgeable about our products and services.
5. Arrive in store on time, dressed smartly, and ready to serve.
6. Follow Post Office processes and procedures.
7. Always consider age restrictions when serving age-restricted products.
8. Work collaboratively with the team to complete store duties.
