We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Quran and Islamic Educator to inspire and guide learners in understanding and practicing their faith. Duties
* Deliver comprehensive Quran lessons, including memorization, recitation, and Tafsir (interpretation), tailored to different age groups and skill levels
* Facilitate Islamic studies classes covering core topics such as Hadith (sayings of the Prophet Muhammad), Fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence), and Seerah (Prophetic biography)
* Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate interactive activities, multimedia resources, and assessments to enhance understanding
* Support students' spiritual development by encouraging reflection, prayer practices, and ethical conduct aligned with Islamic principles
* Monitor student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and personalized guidance to foster continuous improvement
* Collaborate with parents, community members, and fellow educators to ensure a cohesive approach to Islamic education
* Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student achievements in accordance with organizational policies
Requirements
* Proven experience in Islamic education or teaching Quranic studies, preferably within a formal or community setting
* Strong knowledge of the Quran, Hadith, Fiqh, and other Islamic sciences
* Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
* Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment that respects diverse backgrounds and learning styles
* Experience working with students of various ages; university experience is highly desirable
* Demonstrated passion for teaching Islam and inspiring learners through energetic engagement
