Location: We offer hybrid working, with an expectation that you’ll be present at one of our Holland & Barrett offices in London (W1G 9DQ) or Nuneaton (CV10 7RH) for a minimum of 2 days per week. You’ll need to spend at least one day in Nuneaton, which is the Head office.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Running paid search campaigns end-to-end in SA360 - strategy, execution, optimisation, the lot
* Making bidding and budget decisions yourself, not waiting for someone three levels up to approve them
* Keeping a daily eye on performance and acting on what you see
* Getting involved in demand generation - upper funnel, audience-led activity, building pipelines
* Managing display retargeting partnerships with a focus on conversion efficiency
* Testing properly - bids, ad copy, queries, landing pages - and building on what you find
* Connecting search activity to the wider business through close work with analytics, trading and eCommerce teams
How Your Impact Shows Up
* Revenue and ROAS targets are hit, and hit reliably
* The SA360 account is better run, more efficient and more scalable than when you found it
* Retargeting and demand gen are genuinely contributing to the bottom line
* People across the business actually use your reporting to make decisions
The Person
What You’ll Need
* Solid paid search experience - 2 to 4 years minimum, with SA360 front and centre
* A history of owning budgets and being accountable for results, not just reporting on them
* Comfort with data - GA4, Adobe Analytics, and a spreadsheet that does what you tell it
* A testing habit that’s baked into how you work, not something you do when there’s spare time
* European languages (French, German or Greek) are genuinely useful here - multi-market or eCommerce experience a bonus
