This role offers hybrid working with the expectation to travel to their vibrant Reading office 2-3 times a week. * Provide high-level and detailed architectural guidance across AWS infrastructure and cloud-native services
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and project teams to gather requirements and design effective cloud solutions
* Support product launches on AWS while ensuring operational continuity
* Ensure architectural designs align with AWS best practices and security frameworks
* Deliver clear and professional communication to stakeholders throughout project lifecycles
* Train internal staff on AWS best practices and tools
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in architecture, design, and operational support of AWS environments
* Strong understanding of AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, CloudFormation, and more
* Experience with cloud security, governance, and cost optimization strategies
* Background in complex infrastructure environments; experience within ISPs or Telcos is a bonus
* Strong ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect - Associate/Professional) are highly desirable
