We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive. Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
* Assist with seating arrangements and ensure guests are comfortable.
* Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
* Provide information about menu items, including specials and dietary options.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to resolve issues promptly.
* Support bartending staff during busy periods by assisting with drink preparation as needed.
* Adhere to food safety standards and regulations at all times.
Experience
* Previous experience in a catering, restaurant, or hospitality role is preferred but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn.
* Familiarity with food safety practices is advantageous.
* Experience in food preparation or bartending is a plus.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members alike.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
