At Lifeways, we’re looking for a compassionate full-time Female Support Workers to join our warm and welcoming team in Leicester.
Shift Pattern
* Morning shifts: 7:00am – 2:30pm
* Afternoon shifts: 2:30pm – 10:00pm
* Night shifts: sleeping and waking night
* Full flexibility to work the above shifts is required, including Weekends on a rota basis
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting individuals with daily living skills and personal goals
* Encouraging independence and community involvement
* Providing emotional and practical support tailored to each person
* Working as part of a close-knit, caring team
